      01.

What Graphic Design courses does AND Academy offer?
We offer a full-time, immersive PG Diploma in Graphic Design (36 weeks), as well as part-time courses that can be stacked, or pursued incrementally. The shortest, fast-tracked option is the 16-week Certificate, after which you can pursue another sixteen weeks of learning and earn the 32-week Diploma. If you wish to master graphic design, continue learning for another 16 weeks and graduate with the PG Diploma (part-time).

      02.

What design software will I learn?
Through the coursework and the weekly software training sessions, you will learn Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Adobe Animate, Figma and Miro. With our courses, you will go far beyond merely operating software, since the emphasis is on training learners to think like designers.

      03.

Do I need prior knowledge/experience in design?
It is not mandatory to have any prior knowledge or experience in the field of design. However, being from a design or an allied field would be an added advantage.

      04.

I can’t draw very well. Does that matter?
Not at all. As a designer you will be required to only make doodles and rough sketches of your ideas to get started. Anyone who knows how to hold a pencil can do that! You do not need to make illustrations or artistic masterpieces. However, if you like to draw or if you have good drawing skills, we will guide you to leverage these in your designs and create your individual identity as a designer.

      05.

What's the difference between the Certificate, Diploma and PG Diploma courses?
The part-time Certificate/Diploma in Graphic Design is specially designed for working professionals who wish to learn alongside their current job. The Certificate course is 16 weeks long, with over 100 hours of learning. After completing it, you may continue on to the Diploma course, which lasts another 16 weeks, also with over 100 hours of learning. Classes are live and interactive, and are held twice in a week during the evening / weekend, to offer a fast-track, comprehensive learning experience to enable successful career transformation. The full-time PG Diploma in Graphic Design provides an immersive learning experience by taking a deep dive into the subject areas. The course is suitable for students in the final year of graduation or for graduates who have taken a break from their career.
